Laura Taranto’s greatest aspiration is to be a trusted friend of God and live a life of worship that pleases His heart. She is a Project Leader with Europe Shall Be Saved (ESBS). ESBS is a movement focused on empowering the body of Christ to work together across denominational lines and country borders going after the harvest in Europe in unity. She is working alongside of Jean Luc Trachsel, Christian Kuhn, Johannes Hartl, David Wagner, and others. Her main initiatives are to unite and highlight the prophetic voices in Europe, connect and fuel the prayer movement, and write the testimonies of what God is doing in the continent. Laura is on the board of Iris Germany and has a desire for Iris to grow as a movement in Europe. Iris carries passion for reaching the most desperate with the love of God, working to meet both spiritual and physical needs. Before moving to Europe, she worked for Iris Global for eight years. She was Heidi Baker’s Executive Assistant, ministering with her internationally and serving on the main base in Pemba, Mozambique. Walking with Heidi deeply impacted her life and shaped who she is today as did learning from the poor and participating in moves of God in many nations. The Gospel is really quite simple: love God and love people. Laura is ordained by Iris Global. She has her master’s degree in macro social work and international public health from Boston University.
Laura is passionate about seeing revival in Europe. Her heart is to awaken a young generation who will walk in holiness, consecrated and set apart for God. She desires to inspire others to step into their callings by pressing through disappointment, getting set free, and living radical lives fully surrendered to Jesus. She loves to see people transformed by the power and love of God. Jesus is in love with you and He has a beautiful plan for your life. Follow Him and love everyone who He puts on your path.
